OMNI’s founder personally coached each of the original partners through their first high-stakes interviews, helping them secure career-defining offers. Today, OMNI provides personalised interview coaching and career preparation for undergraduate students around the world. Monique Lopez, Co-Founder
A former Managing Director at J.P. Morgan with over 20 years in public sector and capital markets. Monique pairs Wall Street experience with classroom leadership as a former Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs lecturer. She launched OMNI with intent to help students and future leaders break into world-class opportunities.
Brett Alvarado, Co-Founder
A former finance professional at Citi, Brett’s experience spans advising mid-cap clients across the Industrials and Engineering sectors. Brett blends M&A expertise with a passion for coaching emerging talent. As OMNI’s CRO, he leads growth and client strategy. He is driven by his passion to help all students break into their dream careers and beyond.
Jon Diaz, Associate
Jon supports OMNI’s leadership team by managing day-to-day operations and ensuring internal coordination runs smoothly. Jon brings a calm, reliable presence to the team—handling scheduling, logistics, and communication with precision and care. At OMNI, he plays a key role behind the scenes, helping the organization as it scales its impact. Known for his professionalism and follow-through, Jon ensures the team has the support they need to serve students and partners at the highest level.
William Pimentel, Advisor
Will is a finance professional with experience across J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and Wells Fargo. He brings deep expertise in investment banking, structured credit, and innovation economy financing. As an advisor, he applies his Wall Street insight to scale access, impact and equity, ensuring high-potential students gain the tools and are prepared to compete at the highest levels in the industry.
Holly Lim, Advisor
Harvard MBA and former CFO of Range Energy, Holly is the former CFO of SoundCloud and Sidewalk Labs (an Alphabet company). She brings decades of experience scaling frontier technology, media, and mobility ventures across the U.S. and Europe. At OMNI, she supports our mission to democratize access to elite careers by applying the same financial and operational rigor she used to grow category-defining companies.
Erika Harriford-McLaren, Advisor
Erika has 20+ years leading global communications, strategy, and stakeholder engagement in the higher education and non-profit sectors. Based in Europe, Erika leverages her prior experience as a career counselor at Notre Dame Law School and Communications Manager at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University to help students shape compelling narratives and navigate elite global opportunities. She currently serves as COO of Blueyse, an international strategic marketing agency.
Amira Espildora, Advisor
Amira has 18+ years of experience in tech, with a proven track record across Finance and Healthcare of turning complex technology into real business results. She has scaled cloud adoption at AWS, driven 23% revenue growth for top healthcare clients, and led Salesforce transformations that increased customer spend by up to $100M. An early AI adopter since her time at AWS, she now leads value-driven AI implementation at OMNI. She joined OMNI because success is meant to be shared, and she is on a mission to give the next generation the real-world knowledge, confidence, and edge they need to win.
Jason James, Advisor
Passionate about turning strategy into execution, Jason is a seasoned go-to-market and partnerships leader with over a decade of experience driving client success, revenue growth, and strategic alliances across technology, SaaS, finance, and media.
